"A very nice place with a fantastic view and in a quiet area.Nice, clean house with a cosy “feel-at-home” atmosphere.The host was kind and very helpfull. For sure he cares for the place and try to give the same feeling and experience for his guests.A very recommendable place."

"The staff at the hotel, especially the receptionist/ front of hosue were super helpful. I had a flat tyre and needed a German translator, they were very kind with helping me get back on the road and navigating my way to the local towns. 10/10"

"First class from the moment we stepped into the flat for a weeks skiing in Kaprun. Clean, had everything we needed to prepare our own food when we wanted to and the location could not have been better for an incredible view of the whole Zel am See area. Finally, the hosts could not have been more welcoming. Perfect."
