"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel staff was helpful. My only bad experience was the coffee and tea served at breakfast. I tried your breakfast on my first morning. I don't think I have ever had worse coffee than what you served there. The tea selection was also very cheap. Because of the coffee experience, I decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the rest of my stay."

Remember this hotel is not in Zell but in Schutthof which is a few KM away but very accessible. Also it is super close to the station to get to Zell am See A few tips: The check in is next door- the Latini so if you arrive late you need to go 2 doors down. Special compliment to the staff - I left a pair of sunglasses in the common...

"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "
