At night, the streets are full of want to be gangsters (boys and girls). This hotel is run down. What they are good at is charging way more than the value you receive.

Amazing customer service. This property is so beautiful. I did not want to leave. I will be booking all of my DC stays in this area from now on, Even though it is further away from where I need to be on the hill. It is worth the travel

Before I took one step into the Westin, tbe staff opened the door for us. Inwas greeted by an incredibke smell and was checked into my room. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. I loved the rain shower!! Enjoyable one night staycation.

The front desk staff ( a male name Angel) was provided great customer service. Made us feel welcome. Valet was prompt & professional. The room decor needs attention but the bed slept great. Room service / dinning on site was exceptinal ( tasty ) The riverview was beautiful. We would stay at the property again.

Second time staying at this hotel for a large convention at the gaylord in february. The staff is lovely and accommodating. It’s the best sleep i’ve ever gotten in a hotel. the rooms are great, love staying here

Staff was pretty nice, and we were able to do a late check-out before leaving for a 2-hour drive back home. The young lady at the bar was helpful giving us side plates and champagne glasses for our small celebration for our daughter's birthday. I did ask for whatever you do for birthdays for her room, IF you did anything, and there was nothing. They did accommodate and move her room to one with a view of the water and Ferris wheel.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean and comfortable, but if you are sensitive to smells this is not the place for you. There is a strong air freshener smell through out the hotel that is the worse in the lobby when checking in.

I was put in a room on the 2nd floor that overlooked the top of the building- I went to the staff and requested a different view and they were very understanding and made accommodations for me to switch rooms. Very nice and courteous service! A

The entire staff was pleasant and professional! The check in desk, bar and the restaurant staff made the evenings feel special. They gave suggestions that were on point each time. The Westin standard was truly a great experience!

The valet staff was excellent, we were in and out a lot and they went above and beyond. The beds were heavenly. That's where our joy stopped. The open-space restaurant was closed for a party Saturday night and we spent the entire night in our room hearing a DJ scream into the mic to "pump it up" and booming music until 11pm. The boardwalk door was inaccessible because of the party and my handicapped mother couldn't make the walk out the front and down the steep incline to the boardwalk so she couldn't access that area. Room 227 had a barking dog that went on late into the night. The toilet in our room stopped working completely in the morning, as if the water was turned off. The front corner of the entrance is littered with cigarette butts and there were employees standing outside smoking numerous times. The Westin needs to do better at this property, this was not on brand for them.

The hotel is great! I think they can open the pool again and jacuzzi for the guests. We went to this hotel in 2017 and it was open. This time it was still closed. Everything else was fine!
