i had called prior to booking to confirm about room services, i was told twice the they offered room services. so i booked the stay with them, when i checked in i asked a gain and i was told yes again, the time came to order room services and no one answered the phones in the front desk after going to the front i was told not room services. also no one knew what to do or answer simple question. will not stay at the westin again.

Lovedddd this hotel. The staff is amazing, location, beds superrrr comfy, rooms fully renovated. I had a great time here. Highly recommend it. Food was great too.

The location of the property and staff on site were both really great. We did not find the beds comfortable (too soft) and the shower was a tiny wand with light flow/pressure. The pluses were great but not enough to make up for the poor sleep and shower.

Great location!
Great location, friendly staff, clean room, and nice lobby space to meet with family. The bar/restaurant area is lacking and rarely open. We had to go down the street to another bar to watch the football game and get something to eat. My room on the 7th floor was very nice and quiet. The bathroom was spacious, however, the shower was surprisingly small. Maybe 36” square. I’m not a large person, but can’t imagine a large person showering in there. A lot of space was taken up with a tub. Maybe other rooms have larger showers?? I would stay at this hotel again. It was a good value for the price.

How does a hotel room not have drawers?
The hotel is well located but there were no drawers to put clothing in. Less important but odd was the placement of the tv. Instead of being directly across from the bed, it was off to the side. Even with the bracket which lets you angle it off the wall, it was at an inconvenient angle to watch from the bed. Otherwise the hotel was fine, but I've never stayed anywhere without drawers. Only there two nights so it wasn't horrible living out of the suitcase, but would be more problematic for a longer stay.

Having to pay over $15 for 1 day of internet use was most disturbing. Parking thru the valet service was conveinent though.

We got it very late and had called to say we had dri en 9 hours. Asked if food was available, they said yes in mini store, there was none. They put us in a room below some type of construction that started at 8am and the room next to us had off the wall loud family. The floors were filthy and bedding smelled like smoke. The lady at front desk would not even look in back for extra food. We were in your hotel for less than 12 hours for no sleep at 500$....disgraceful and when I told front desk gal she had no care in the world!
