"Absolutely amazing staff! We got drenched coming from the Lincoln Memorial. We walked in and they offered us towels. Since we checked out earlier that morning, they gave us a room to go and change into warm clothes."

"This hotel is very clean and convenient for walking to the shops and attractions on or near the Wharf. The only opportunity is parking. Valet service was full in the early afternoon, and onsite parking is in a city garage below the hotel which was full at 4:30pm and the closest parking parking was 2 to 3 blocks away. Being knowledgeable of that and understanding how to get to the front of the hotel for baggage drop-off (this is down an alley which is not "pull-through", you must turn around and exit the same manner), you can plan accordingly and have a great time on the wharf."

"Staff go above and beyond. I was upgraded to a deluxe Jing room with a balcony and windows overlooking Rock Creek Park. The pool is refreshing and clean and breakfast is delicious. I always stay at the Omni when in DC!"

"Everything was very good to excellent especially the breakfast at their restaurant. The suite was very large, nice amenities, powerful shower, AC worked well. Smoke alarm randomly went off…it happens. Reason for 4 stars was a musty odor in the hallways and room or it may have been the cleaning agent they’re using?"
