You will enjoy this space, complete with modern finishings, art, and colorful accents. 5 minutes from H Street, Union Market, Whole Foods, Target, Walmart and resturants. 17 minutes from Reagan Airport and a brisk drive to downtown DC.

Our apartment is bright, airy, and personal! It is perfect for a group of travelers or an intimate setting. Everything is BRAND NEW- modern kitchen, plush bedrooms, modern art, colorful accents, sliding glass doors in the bathroom, and peacefulness. You are equipped with a HD smart TV, Roku, high speed internet, and security alarm system. There is a Keurig coffeemaker for those who enjoy a cup of fresh coffee! One bedroom has a queen bed with a working desk and chair, another bedroom with a full bed, and a pull out couch in the living room

There is a smartlock on the front door and also on your unit door with codes that will be provided before your checkin. Your apartment suite in on the first floor, so there are no stairs!

Parking in DC is scarce and this space is ideal for those ubering on the go. There is street parking in the neighborhood but you must read the signs to not violate parking zoning.

Great Apartment

Our family stayed in this apartment while visiting family in DC. The location for us we perfect, a quick Uber ride to where they live. The apartment was clean, decorated nicely and plenty of space for us. Christian was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Will be saving this one for future visits.

Good stay

My stay was comfortable - easy check in. All the info I needed was provided. I liked the neighborhood but a little bit of a walk from public transit/amenities. You can hear everything from the upstairs and people were up late, I wish they had provided ear plugs.

Memorial weekend in DC 2023

Overall stay was great. Clean, easy access, good communication. It was a bit of a jaunt to Union Station. Neighborhood was so so but we were barely at the apartment as our days were packed with activity.

Comfortable, clean & bright

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and bright with all the amenities we needed for our stay in Washington. Christian was very helpful and responded quickly to any of our needs. We wish we had been a little closer to the National Mall, Capital and Union Station but it worked out fine. We could still easily manage the walk. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay

Christian, the owner, is super friendly, very responsive and attentive. 5 stars! A few issues for us: both beds are very soft so our backs were affected- this may not be a issue for others. This is a multi unit apartment and there is not much noise insulation. Mostly just tv, normal doors opening and closing, voices, people walking around upstairs. After 10 it is very quiet and we were not bothered. The kitchen is very nicely outfitted and bathroom is lovely. Thanks for the hospitality!

Worse experience ever

We arrived to DC only to find out we needed a door code that was never provided and when we tried to contact the host he was completely unresponsive to us or Vrbo support leaving us stranded on the porch in the middle of the night. We’ve stayed tons of places in short term rentals and this one was by far the worse experience ever.

Comfy and stylish!

Very nice space with really comfy beds and amenities. Christian was great communicating and it felt really homey. Very useable kitchen and living room space. Nice, clean neighborhood. Seems a bit distant from the tourist mecca of the Mall, but DC seems more spread out than I thought it would be. Uber and Doordash were big helps. I would stay here again for sure!

Excellent all around

This property is in an excellent neighborhood area of DC. Very convenient for us. Christian is a spectacular host, very thoughtful and responsive. He made us feel at home.
