Travelers can experience every unique part of Washington D.C. while staying at our rooms in the iconic Liz building. The revitalized, thriving, and multicultural neighborhood inspires our luxurious rooms, designed to showcase vibrant and colorful environments for creative minds to thrive.

Welcome home to your adventure in the Capital city, where your daily living needs are preserved within our various luxury rooms. Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, our dwellings are complete with local artwork, Apple TVs, local Small Planes coffee, Fellow Pour Over Sets, Parachute linens, Public Goods amenities, and high-end furnishing from Interior Define, Blue Dot, CB2, and more. This two-bedroom suite includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. For added comfort, our suites are filled with lush textures, soothing hues, and Victorian elements inspired by nearby Logan Circle.

Garage parking is available, but spots are very limited. Parking will need to be reserved and paid for in advance. Please contact us if you're interested in adding parking to your reservation.

We offer a seamless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system. We will be available by email and text should you need anything before and during your experience.

Property Note: The Liz building places you in the heart of the city, steps from its best restaurants and attractions. This prime location comes with the authentic sounds of city life – traffic, pedestrians, the occasional siren, and the ongoing expansion of the city (think construction). While we've taken measures to create a peaceful respite inside, embracing the city's energy is all part of the Liz experience.
