"The first thing we noticed was there were no bath towels in the room. Later I noticed there was no complimentary shampoo, but there were two body lotions. It seems housekeeping needs to pay better attention to detail. When I returned to the front desk for bath towels, there was another guest getting his set of towels, too. Cleanliness was okay but could have been better. The hotel is impressively large but doesn't appear to have the number of staff to maintain it. The decor was fancy but...
