We are here for you during your stay, and our level of interaction is up to you, we are only a phone call or message away.

You will be located at National Landing which is is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have also the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, Only minutes from downtown.

Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.

You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, and small shampoo and soap).
We do not provide wash cloth.

Parties or a high volume of sound that causes annoyance to neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.

If you lose the keys or the fob of the property, keep in mind that we will charge you $250

Please be advised that during the night, a construction work is carried out in the building next door.

The parking service offered by the bulding is subject to availability by the time of check in.

Property was more than I expected - very clean - nice furniture. Somewhat spartan, but that did not matter to me. Thanks.

Location good, minimal furnishings in the property. Vertical blinds had many missing or broken slats. The non master bed needs some work as the slats would not stay in place causing the mattress to be unstable

The apartment smelled clean, however there were hair balls (not ours!) in the corners and the bathtub did not drain. We could not shower in one of the baths and the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. The bigger issue was the reservation and check in process. I had to pay the host separately (we also paid VRBO a fee) as well as provide a copy of all the drivers license for the adults staying in the apartment. I’ve never had to do that before and it was quite the hassle. Parking is not included, and you will not be allowed to park there unless you set it up in advance. Positives: the location is great as it’s walkable to the metro and the neighborhood around the apartment was good.
