Expansive 4.5 bed, 4.5 bathroom cape centrally located on a quiet street, one mile from the Mayflower Inn & Spa. House is equipped with toys and games for children and adults, a surround sound stereo system, private dedicated workspaces, and three living spaces. Originally two separate homes that were connected by a large great room, making the space perfect for multiple families to share, or for in-laws to have privacy. Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is located in the attached guest house. Downtown Washington-Depot and New Preston are minutes away.

We had a mixed age group and this was the ideal holiday place for us. Lots of activities onsite, from the pool to the toy room. Great inside and outside group eating options. Then everyone could retire to their separate sleeping quarters. Perfect! Diligent thoughtful owners. Would recommend.

This house was the perfect place for our super fun reunion. It has a couple of wings, so each group had their own space, some including their own little family room. In addition, the main family room is large and cozy with a great couch and a ping pong table which we thoroughly enjoyed.
