You will be located at National Landing which is is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have also the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, Only minutes from downtown.

Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.

*You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, and small shampoo and soap).
We do not provide wash cloth.

Parties or a high volume of sound that causes annoyance to neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.

If you lose the keys or the fob of the property, keep in mind that we will charge you $250

Please be advised that during the night, a construction work is carried out in the building next door.

The parking service offered by the bulding is subject to availability by the time of check in.

Please note that the internet in the unit is provided by a hotspot and you are responsible for recharging the hotspot.

Overall experience was fair-good. Strong points: location, the apartment, the concierge. Not so strong points: WEHOST company, not enough attention to making the stay comfortable (not enough toiletry, delayed response to the requests made), checkout system could be better.

The place does not look as nice as pictures. The faucet in one bathroom doesnot work right. Every time you try to adjust the temp. It either burn you up or really cold. The kitchen has very few items and does not even provide basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt and pepper. I even seen roaches. Everytime you need anything you have to call 1800 number that are in Florida or somewhere. Pick up the key, return it and the parking pass is the hassle. Imagine you have to run all the way down to G2 garage pick up your card then go back to the room on 8th floor to return the parking pass the go back down to the lobby keycafe to return the key the head back to your car.

The BEST thing about this apartment is the location…easy short (5 minute walk) to Crystal City Metro Station as well as all the shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and the washer & dryer a huge plus being there with 4 kids for a week. The cons: the broken door knob on one of the exit doors needs to be repaired/replaced for safety reasons…if there is a fire in the kitchen…exiting safely might not be possible! The shower head in the first bathroom also needs to be replaced. With the amount of money being spent these are relatively easy and inexpensive repairs that should be a top priority. A TV in the master would be a nice addition although not a game changer. All in all if we were traveling in the area again with a group of 6 we would stay here again. No need to rent a car. An added bonus for the adults is that Amazon market delivers right to the apartment door and for the kids is that Cold Stone ice cream is right downstairs!!

The positives: good location, close proximity to restaurants as well the metro The negatives: after spending 9+ hours in the car, the last thing I wanted to deal with was being sent to the wrong property. The address listed was not correct and the customer service agent I had to call before driving miles down the road told me this has happened before. So then why not correct the issue? The carpets were severely worn/dirty and need to be replaced. And lastly, the air conditioning in the unit did not function which was an HUGE inconvenience and very uncomfortable. After several communications with the property manager, I was told that it was shut off as it was off season (October). However it was unseasonably warm in the 80s every day during my stay and the air condition was running everywhere else in the building so this does not make sense. I was in town to run a marathon and I did not sleep a single night I was there because of how hot it was in the apartment.
