- good neighborhood location - helpful staff - Free drinking water is a bonus * didn't like the steps going up the main entrance: a ramp is ideal for seniors with luggages. I was surprised no one offered to carry our heavy luggage from stair landing up the front door. ( in retrospect, I could have asked front desk)

There is no parking at this hotel and staff don’t help you in anyway to get parking had to park car at another hotel at 70 dollies a night and walk 3 blocks with are luggage!! Took 2 hours to find a place that would take are car for safe parking. For the amount we paid for parking and hotel price we could had gotten a much better hotel with parking!! And there is no breakfast at hotel to . And another slap in the face is they charge $150 security deposit at this crappy hotel!

Fan in room above bed didn’t work. One light in bathroom was blinking on and off for a day and half before it was fixed. Toilet took 5 minutes to stop making noise after flushing.

Really good, affordable price for the location that other nearby hotels cannot compete with. The staff members were friendly. The room was small, but it comes with the affordable price, so I did not mind. I definitely will stay here again if the price stays the same.

Great value for money. This was only place I could find in downtown DC that was at all affordable and an actual hotel (rather than some shady co-op apartment building without service). It's clean, centrally located, and quiet, and front desk staff were helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. If you're looking for a boutique experience and concierge service, then this is not the hotel for you. But then you need to be willing to pay 3-4 times the price of this hotel as well. If you're looking for a nice place to stay at a good rate, don't hesitate to book this place.

It gave the same vibes as American Horror Story: Hotel. Really really cramped, dark, and you feel trapped stifled. There’s no central air, only in window air conditioners, WiFi is shotty if you’re offered it at all, and on sight staff that actually helps is not present. Please avoid.

The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was great. For the DC area, it was quite a bargain. The location was excellent and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Ok stay!
Upon arrival lobby was clean $46 for parking in a back alley. I opted out of parking and found street parking because $46 a night was ridiculous to be in someone’s alley, rooms very very very small AC barely worked. Great location it was clean just needed some updating.

I don’t know how this hotel received so many positive reviews! This place is the sketchiest makeshift, hotel I’ve ever stayed in… Just on looks alone it looked and felt sketchy. It’s an old apartment building with no locks no security, no means of safety whatsoever on the main entrance… I wanted leave and check out so bad but couldn’t switch my hotel. I literally just left and went to stay with a nearby friend

You get what you pay for. Hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe. The bed was comfortable. Furnishings were minimal and dated. TV in room didn't work. Having booked my stay less than 24 hours in advance, I'm thrilled that I found a good place to stay in a good location at a VERY reasonable price.
