Disappointing experience

Before travelling to Washington I contacted the host to verify that the sofa in this unit was a pull out; we needed two sleeping areas. The host assured me that it was. Upon arrival, we discovered that it was not. The host eventually moved us to another unit. Communication with the host was not easy. As for this property, I would not recommend it. The bed was comfortable and the appliances were very nice. But there was a lot of noise inside the building, from doors slamming and footsteps. There was a lot of noise from outside as well; the alley outside the back door seemed to be a hangout. This was a scary neighbourhood.
