Absolutely superb! From the luxurious suites to the impeccable service, every aspect of this aparthotel in Alexandria, VA, exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities are top-notch. Can't wait to return!

RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! Where do we start! The onboarding for the apt was not sent in time and was extremely complicated ! It took 180 steps -ONE WAY-to get from the garage to the front door! They charge $20 a day for parking-which they don’t tell you until you get there -total rip-off! The bed sheets and TWO towels ALL HAD HORRIBLE STAINS! The dishwasher and dryer were both broken and the bath tub backed up water while you’re showering ! To add insult to injury The management co wanted us to hang out and wait for the repair men to come and fix THEIR apt-Which we did not do! It was our vacation!!! Thank God for Jennie who fixed the sheet/towel issues and even had her husband fix the dryer (which had a filthy filter inside) We were convinced that half the building was rented by Section 8 folks -the hallway rugs and walls were filthy ! It’s super obvious that this management co DOESNT CHECK ANYTHING to make sure the condo is ok -Will be posting this review on other sites too !!
