Omni Shoreham Hotel
The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great.

Its an old hotel thats not needs a renovation badly. Town rack fell, knobb came of bathroom door and the bathtub didnt drain properly. Carpet coming up in the corners of the room an looks worn.
