"We had some maintenance issues but the front desk had maintenance up to work on this with in 5 minutes. The evening desk staff were ever patient with helping another guest that needed accommodations. Unfortunately the hot tub broke just days before our stay but the pool was open and was very clean. The hotel was fully booked with a school trip and the baseball game guest but just a short wait for breakfast is nothing while sipping a free mimosa. "

"3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. Men's bathroom in lobby out of service all week. There was a dead roach on the floor in the lobby for 3 days that no one cleaned up. A man fell in the lobby & dripped blood & no one cleaned that up for a few days. Then two employees were fighting & cursing/yelling at each other in Room 614 as I was walking by. Talk to your employees about there mouth & fighting around hotel guests."

"We checked in late at night and the woman at the front desk was very kind and friendly. She got us our room quickly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. For this reason alone I would stay at a home2 Suites again. The pool was clean and my child enjoyed it. Breakfast had a lot of options, but the woman restocking breakfast used her ungloved hand to put food into a display even though her other hand was gloved. The 2nd day we came down 20 minutes before breakfast was over...
