Beautiful hotel, great location, Starbucks in the lobby. Gorgeous room and bathroom. Only complaint is the air system. They have a very loud air system running all the time in the ceiling. Turning the fan off helped but could still hear it quite loud in the walls. To the point of hearing it over the tv/ needing ear plugs to sleep. Not sure why they need that / perhaps it doesn’t work right. Maybe it was just near our room. Everything else was great.

This property is located close to the museums and the Wharf area. It is so convenient plus is a beautiful hotel. This was our second visit and we enjoyed it a lot. Kudos to Lorena at the front desk for being helpful and very pleasant.

We liked the restaurant and the staff. We like that we could walk to the Wharf, shops and Metro. We did not like the shower curtain. Wasn't long enough and water seeped out into the bathroom. We did not like that there were no where to store our clothes.

The place was pretty well maintained. The staff was very responsive and kind. I felt welcomed by everyone. The area is very near the Wharf, so food and outdoor activities are within a five minute walk. The National mall is a 10-20 minute walk away. The DCA is a 10-20 minute drive. Very convenient. Well worth the money. I enjoyed my stay.

The property itself is just fine. Quiet, clean, well appointed with everything we needed. Easy walk to the Wharf and the Mall. Access to Metro right downstairs. If you have kids, there is fast food court and the Wharf is very close with lots of dining options. Other than that, though, there aren't a lot of dining or shopping options in the immediate area. But easy to grab a rideshare. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

We visited with family during the cherry blossom season. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds and location is superb. Walking distance to most monuments. I would stay there again.

The room provided us did not have a working air conditioning unit and also looked more like a closet than a room. We requested another room and received it but there was no apology from the front desk…as if, our inconvenience didn’t matter-just rude. The hotel experience was the worst for a Hilton I’ve had in some time.

Fantastic location to visit all of the area monuments and historical sites. Beautiful hotel marked only by ridiculously restricted water pressure in the shower. There was barely even enough water to use the hand sprayer. Worst I've ever experienced in a hotel.

This hotel was close to the mall and other attractions. Disappointed that they did not include breakfast in the room price. We ate breakfast then were presented with a bill which was way more than the quality of the food. This hotel also does not have airport shuttle.

If you’re thinking about hitting D.C. to see the sights, I recommend this hotel. Don’t let the parking garage scare you, it’s literally a 2 minute walk from the garage to the hotel. Looking at the map, we thought the museums were further away. Everything is very close. We easily made the trek on foot with two young kids in tow; even through the snow! The room was very clean, the staff very friendly. The hotel has great dining options and there are many places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

Convenient location.
The room is spacious and comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner was actually out and could not use it on our first day. I needed to tell a housekeeper to refill the bottles. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. It is a convenient place, close to Smithsonian museums.

My weekend trip to D.C. was great at the Hilton. It’s conveniently located near all the museums and monuments. The hotel safe was courteous and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
