The only negative thing was tons of construction outside of the hotel. Not the hotel's fault. With that said, even with the construction outside, our room was quiet. The hotel was in walking distance to National Stadium & great restaurants.

Clean , good sized room. Helpful friendly staff. Enjoyed our breakfast and restaurant downstairs. Downside, the mirror light in bathroom didnt work, neither did the bathroom fan. Slow draining sink. But, excellent shower!

The property is in a great location, walking distance to Nationals Park, soccer and views of the capitol and Washington monument from the rooftop deck that was NEVER open! What a waste of the highlight of this property. Maintenance let us out there to "see it" for five minutes. It is only open for private parties and NOT for use of hotel guests. We picked this hotel for that feature and had to have happy hour out on the sidewalk across the street from construction which is everywhere in this developing area.

The parking cost is outrageous $55 per night after taxes it was $65 per night. They should have a flat rate for parking when you’re staying at this hotel.The rooftop was open one night for a party. Very misleading information. You can’t access the rooftop just to relax and enjoy the view. It’s only available when the restaurant is open and that was only one night of the 4 we stayed. My room had an old open pop tart in the closet someone’s press on nails on the side of the bed. Housekeeping never came to our room until the day of checkout. There were spiders in the lamp. I enjoyed the convince of the restaurants within walking distance. We were able to sightsee and enjoy restaurant week.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was great. Our room wasn’t ready so instead of 2 beds we got a one bed suite with a rollout couch. There was a lot of construction outside our window so it got pretty noisy in the morning.
