Looking for the perfect winter getaway or a summer retreat? Look no further! This charming studio apartment is ideally situated between Blue Mountain and just a stones throw away from Collingwood, with Wasaga Beach Area 1 just a short drive.

This is an apartment in a home with a completely separate entrance with use of the front yard and fire pit independently of the other apartment. Back deck and BBQ is also available for this apartment and entrance is completely separate. The other apartment is not currently listed and may not have other guests at the same time.
Please respect neighbors no loud music or parties past 11pm. Please do not turn off heat or air. Gather all garbage and recycling and place in bins outside. Please run dishwasher and or wash dishes before leaving. Pets must be added to booking as we have a pet fee.
