"We booked this property for a girls trip. Leading up to the trip I had reached out to the host to request an early check in. The host took days to reply but eventually was kind enough to offer a 2 hour earlier check in. After that we never heard from the host. The day of our check in we received no information on how to access the property so I reached out and asked. "Nice clean room with kitchenette with everything you need. Very nice pool and hot tub. Enjoyed our stay."

"Booked a room with 2 beds… our room wasn’t ready at arrival. We arrive at 3:54 and check in is 4pm. Anyways they “moved” us to a different room and it had a bed and a pull out couch that was incredibly uncomfortable. If we were staying more than 1 night I would have said something but it wasn’t worth it due to the check in desk being in a completely different hotel than the one our room was in. The pool was also closed so we had to use the pool and hot tub at the grand Georgian which was lovely thankfully."

"Location is convenient. Beds are decent. Some staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We were staying one week and needed to work on our laptop and requested an extra chair in our room. The immediate response was unfriendly and a hard “no.” Decor is cold and uninviting (cold grey paint). Painting over mouldy caulking and mouldy paint is just lipstick on a pig."

"Looks like the property has been recently upgraded Rooms were very good, clean, newly upgraded. Staff were miserable. At check in it appeared we were inconvenienceing them. Over three days only saw the breakfast girl smile. One day the cleaners did not close the room door properly so it was left open, unlocked. When I spoke with the cleaner they just shrugged. Have stayed in other Monte Carlos in the past and they were excellent. Don't know what was up with this staff."

"We stayed in the Deluxe suite. Check-in was easy (doors have passcode which is e-mailed to you). Very calm and clean room and overall property. Not too far from the main beach area if you have a car. The beach is also accessible by walking. Theres a lot of restaurants and stores nearby for food or conveniences. The TV had netflix which was nice. Overall we were satisfied and would come back :)"
