"The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place."

"My girlfriends and I decided to take a trip to Newport in June of 2025 and this was the perfect venue for the trip. The unit was in a great area in Middleton (5-10 min) drive to all of the major hot spots in the area and gave us the perfect amount of space for our downtime between exploring all the area has to offer. The apartment, however, is directly above a restaurant that serves breakfast (a delicious breakfast, I might add), requiring them to arrive, accept deliveries, and begin cooking and serving before 6 am making it VERY difficult to sleep. Additionally, the resident of the apartment above has a very heavy step - of no fault of the property manager or owner, but potential guests...

"Perfect location! It was walkable to the beach, which my priority when vacationing with my family of four. We love the beach and warm water! The cliff walk was a 9 minutes walk, beautiful scene, nice relaxing walk. The mansions were 5 minutes drive, Newport downtown, nice restaurants and good vibes all around! We loved our time there, great time!"
