All the hotel staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful. The room was always clean, and the breakfast was very diverse. The only thing that could be improved was the pool — it wasn’t warm enough, just mildly warm, which made it hard to get into on these cold days.

The room was beautiful. Had an amazing view of the palace next door luxury feel. Turn down service, fluffy towels etc. Breakfast was $$$ so i skipped it. Perfect location!
