Oki Doki OLD TOWN
The staff here are great and the property is clean. Although Expedia's listing describes it as a hotel/hostel it truly is a hostel. Very well located for touring the old town.

ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto Old Town
A very comfortable hotel close to the city center and the POLIN Jewish museum. Clean, quiet, big rooms, only wlan is extremely weak, so I suggest you download some movies/series ahead of your trip.
