The unique studio apartment is designed for 3 people and has an area of 26 m2. The interior consists of a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom. The apartment is an excellent choice for those traveling to the business district of Warsaw. The living room has two single beds, a fold-out armchair providing accommodation for one person, a table with two chairs and a TV set. The kitchenette has been fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. It also has a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven and tea and coffee making facilities. The apartment's decor is bright and subdued, with shades of beige and white. Wooden elements and stylish furniture create a unique and relaxing atmosphere. For our guests we provide fresh linens, towels, a set of toiletries and Internet access, in the form of WIFI.

The district is part of Służewiec, characterised by its proximity to the centre and, at the same time, a cosy, peaceful atmosphere. The estate provides excellent leisure conditions thanks to its well-developed infrastructure. It is an attractive location, which is evidenced by excellent transport links to the city centre, the possibility of fast access to the metro station, the proximity of the railway station and the airport - the nearest metro station is less than 2.3 km from the estate, the Warszawa Służewiec railway station is 900 metres away, and Chopin Airport is only 3 km away! The convenient location makes it possible to take advantage of the city's wide range of amenities, as well as offering excellent access to cultural, retail and catering establishments. For larger shopping needs, the Galeria Mokotów shopping centre with over 200 shops, a food court and a cinema is located 750 m from the flat.
