"Very nice hotel! I gave it 4 stars due to a young lady not honoring my free breakfast Expedia vouchers included with my booking here during check in. I was jet lagged, asked her to please double check as I recalled that I did see the free perk at the time of booking, but she didn't bother to check my booking, gave me my room key and sent me on my way. As a reason, she just advised that it was not part of my booking and didn't see it as valid unless I pay for it. I did not want to argue and let it go as I was tired and needed to rest. After researching my booking details, I found it on my Expedia app as proof to get it honored. I had to speak to another front desk attendant to finally get my vouchers but on my last day of checkout. No other compensation provided, but an apology for their employee's oversight. Other than this, the other front desk attendants were courteous, helpful and the hotel itself was very clean with plenty of amenities. The room was spacious, with a nice view. The breakfast buffet (that I finally got to try) had a good variety of pastries, hot dishes and a coffee bar, but I enjoyed dining outside of the hotel and trying the local eateries nearby more than the breakfast buffet anyway, so I guess a win-win for both sides? I will not let this affect my stay here and would return as one employee's oversight should not affect a business. I was just disappointed that I was brushed off and was not given what was promised with the booking."
