I gave 4 star rather than 5 star cause at the date of my arrival I have found out that the room temperature can not be changed inside the apartment at all. It is controlled by a central system and I was dying of heat exhaustion. The staff were extremely nice and helpful in terms of getting the fan but as you know fan does not lower the temperature but just circulate hot air.
Bathroom towels are thick and absorbent which is good and showers is decently strong.
I guess the apartment was never...

This hotel by far was our best stay in Warsaw. We stayed at Raddison Blu, Hilton also and this one was superior to the others.
Staff were super friendly and wanted to be helpful.
The most amazing buffet breakfast by far, one of the best we have ever had in all Europe.
Price was definitely great value for what you got and the hotel was easy with small children.
The only thing that could be improved is increasing the size of the gym which was tiny with a handful of equipment offered

Beautiful elegant hotel at the edge of the Old Town, in the "New Town". Very well maintained, with a great pool in the lower ground floor, very welcome after a long day exploring.
Very comfortable room facing internal open courtyard, very quiet. Excellent spacious bathroom.
We ate in the restaurant on our first night, excellent quality food. Very close to many other restaurants, highly recommend Freta 33.
Easy location to get Uber to airport.

Very clean and comfortable room for a night before traveling to the airport. Only downside is the very bright green light on the phone on the wall - either wear an eyemask or be prepared to try to block it out (if the property could work out how to dim this light a bit, I think everyone would be happier!)

Fabulous hotel in a great location.
Pool was great & a nice way to relax at the end the day after walking around all day.
Breakfast was good. Lovely fresh orange juice. Egg station doing omlettes & poached eggs.
