"We booked the room, due to holding an event in the rum warehouse. It was exceptional from the staff to the amazing communication nothing was at fault. The breakfast is hot and fresh with lots on offer. Thank you to Chloe, Daisy, Sas and the rest of the team your customer service is amazing. Not forgetting the rest of the staff groups. Sadly we didn’t get to sample the spa but guests who we bumped into said how gorgeous it was. Hopefully see you all soon. Natalie & Andrew Smith"

"Shower head was absolutely pointless and shower screen just let water run all over the floor. Carpet had cigarette burns in it and chair had ripped material on the seat. Not even close to being worth over £180 per night. Feel like we have been ripped off."
