Bed and Breakfast in Warrington

"Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service "

"The hotel was impressive. Our bedroom and bathroom were quite small but very well designed and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very basic and should at least have included some toast. We therefore ordered off the breakfast menu."

"Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds and well kept gardens with outdoor seating with tables. Rooms light and bright, large comfortable bed, bath, shower everything that you need. Decor throughout hotel was excellent with dining area for evening meal with good choice of menu. Breakfast room was light and airy with pleasant views to the gardens. Staff always seemed very pleasant and helpful, rooms cleaned and fresh towels and bed linen. An enjoyable stay."

"The ladies on reception were lovely, very friendly and informative. The room was very spacious and clean. The lady on the bar was great too, smiley and chatty even late on when the bar filled up after the Becky Hill show at Haydock racecourse!"

"We stayed at this wonderful hotel as we were attending the horse racing at haydock race course. The room was beautiful , the bed was divine and I slept so comfortably! There was a fan which was needed as the weather was hot (a shark fan - which is a real luxury touch) also tea and coffee making facilities, water, hairdryer, dressing table with accessible plugs! It was my husband's 40th and we had just got married and Poppy brought a bottle of fizz to our room which was such a lovely suprise and we were so incredibly impressed! Unfortunately we didn't have time to eat in the restaurant but it smelt delicious and the pricing seemed very reasonable. We enjoyed a few drinks before leaving for the racing and the 3 girls on the bar (sorry ladies I didn't ask your names!) were so friendly and made drink recommendations based on my taste preference, they were very professional. Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish ,I will certainly be returning to this hotel and highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff , you truly made our stay incredible. Forever grateful. "
