"This was my first time choosing a more budget-friendly hotel. A necessity for me in a financially strapped economy, and I hadn't gone to the coast in far too long.
Friendly staff, uncomplicated parking, and fast check-in. I went with a friend, so it was a room with two queen beds and a kitchenette. The room was small but efficient, with a great tub. Excellent streaming services, which are great after a long day of beachcombing, and an excellent monitor.
Restrictions to consider - upon entering the room, the air was stale and stuffy. It did not have the standard AC unit that one would expect. There was a column oscillating fan. Only complaint, but as I said, a more frugal hotel. The beds and the pillows were great. I actually slept!
It was pretty much $200 less than a hotel right on the beach, that offer a continental breakfast.
Overall a perfectly acceptable room."
