Perfect for skiing or events at the mountain
We attended a wedding at the mountain and this was a perfect place for our group of 10. 1 Mile from the mountain. Nice little store for coffee, groceries, sandwiches between the condo and the mountain so you do not need to run all the way into town. Would stay here again, for sure.

Bait and switch
I booked this location as a group ski trip with friends. A large reason for booking this location was the advertised hot tub. The hot tub was not only broken but drain of all water so the property management company as well as the owner (Vacasa) we’re aware of the issue but did not inform us of the problem or attempt to fix the issue before our stay. Additionally, there were broken cabinets that were off their hinges and the stove was missing knobs which made cooking for a large group more difficult. I reached out to Vacasa and I received a lackluster appology and only after complaining further did I receive an insultingly small refund. I will be checking to make sure I don’t rent from Vacasa I’m the future and will be rethinking using VRBO is this is a company that they work with.

Location location! Great location! Could work on some house things.
We enjoyed our stay and loved that it is in a prime location so you really can’t beat that! About less than half a mile to sugar bush resort. There is a nice outdoor seating and behind the house are woods and a little stream- so beautiful! The house is like a townhome or duplex so there is a house that is adjoined to the listing. Groceries, town, and breweries are all about 10 minutes away and there’s lots of hiking around. The house does have some quirks that I think could be fixed/ avoided if there was a house manual or binder. TVs, sound system we were unable to use or figure out. One shower and one sink could not drain, the master bathroom kept running which we were luckily informed about. The Sauna would not turn on. The Towels were too tiny for any adult however plenty were provided, recommend bringing your own towels if you’re not the size of a child.

Generally good experience. The owners should really document some of the quirks about the property, we continually fought with doors not closing (or opening), sticking dishwasher racks. sauna not working, tv remotes disorder etc.

Outstanding accommodations!
We chose this property because we had to make a change to our original vacation and we are so pleased! We splurged and it was worth every penny Location is great and on the sugarbush access road! You can sit in the hot tub and look at the mountain . So much room and space for everyone to have their own room & that made everyone feel like they were on “vacation” Very upscale and modern yet cozy and comfortable The only thing I couldn’t find was a deck of cards or games to play but we ended up reading and watching tv The owners have set the bar for luxury & excellence ! Vacasa responsive when we had questions about hot tub & sauna If I could give 6 stars I would !

Was a little disappointed that there was no cable tv and also my parents were elderly & not having railings for steps was a hazard. But otherwise that the home was lovely!

Stay away, unless you want a disease
Stay away. We stayed 4 nights at this Sugarbush rental. Hot tub gave everyone a disease, hot tub folliculitis, because it was dirty and clearly not maintained, it has TVs in each room, but 1/2 of them don't work. They say there is a gaming system, there isn't, they say there is a house stereo, there isn't, they advertise a car charger, it is broken. We called them while we were there, they never called back. We called them after we left, never heard back. We registered a complaint with VRBO and never heard back. Horrible service.

Great location, however a few issues
We were happy with the overall stay. Location definitely couldn’t be beat! The home was clean and comfortable. However, there was a broken tv that the gaming systems were hooked up to, the water feature on the hot tub was broken, the door handle leading out to the hot tub kept falling off, there were way too many dirty dishes, cutting boards, and pots and pans needing to be washed prior to use. Also, after using the sauna, we left the door open for a few minutes as we were getting out and it caused the fire alarm to go off. Someone did call to ask if we needed the fire department and then told me I should have the code to shut off the alarm. Needless to say I clearly wasn't provided with that code and after over an hour of a blasting alarm, calling everyone on the provided list of numbers, as well as Vacasa and property manager, I finally was given the code to shut it off. That was a bit excessive. I will say though, cellular service is limited in that area, and I did receive calls back, but over an hour is just too much.
