Just absolutely sits above most motels. It's the depth of cleaning that happens. Like, I have been there 3 times now, and I jest you not, you could eat your dinner off the floors. Towels are elegantly folded. Bed linen is pristine.
As a mum who stayed there with her child, I felt really safe even though people were drinking in the club opposite. It felt holiday like as opposed to downtown Griffith. Very impressive and very impressive consistently. It is because of the consistency, that I decided...

Quest Griffith opened less than a year ago so we had high hopes that everything would be new and good quality. We had stayed in a Quest beforehand and were pleased with that stay, so when we saw a Quest in Griffith it was a bit of a no-brainer.
When you drive around Griffith and look at some of the other accommodation on offer, it's easy to decide that Quest is the best option. It's literally in the dead centre of town opposite Memorial Park, and across the road from the best bakery in town....

Super spacious room with nice balcony and outdoor seating. Centrally located so easy to walk to the main shops. Not as clean as it could have been, someone had left their charger and rubbish behind the table. Also bit dusty and moldy in the bathroom

The best area to stay in Warrawidgee is undeniably the Central Business District (CBD) for its convenience and access to local amenities.
The CBD is the heart of Warrawidgee, easily identifiable by its main thoroughfare, High Street, which runs through the centre of town. This area is compact and walkable, featuring the majority of the town's shops, eateries, and essential services. You'll find the Warrawidgee Memorial Hall and the local market square here, serving as key landmarks.
For couples, the CBD offers a stress-free base. You'll find boutique hotels and guesthouses within easy walking distance of quality restaurants and local points of interest like the Warrawidgee Art Gallery. It allows for relaxed evenings out without needing to arrange transport.
Solo travellers will also find the CBD particularly suitable. Its central location means you're never far from a cafe for a morning brew or a local pub for an evening meal.
When is the best time to go to Warrawidgee?
The best time to visit Warrawidgee, New South Wales, is during the spring (September to November) and autumn (March to May) months.
During these periods, the weather is pleasantly mild, with comfortable temperatures and less humidity than the summer. This makes it ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the region, such as the Warrawidgee Wetlands, and enjoying outdoor activities without the intensity of the summer heat or the chill of winter. The spring also brings wildflowers to bloom across the landscape, adding to the scenic appeal.
Couples looking for a relaxing escape will find these seasons particularly appealing. The calmer weather allows for romantic picnics by the Murrumbidgee River or leisurely strolls through the Warrawidgee Botanic Gardens. Many of the local wineries also host events during spring and autumn, offering a refined experience for those who appreciate good food and drink.
Families travelling with children will also appreciate the milder temperatures for outdoor adventures. Exploring the local farms or visiting the Warrawidgee Discovery Centre is much more enjoyable when the weather isn't too hot or cold.
