"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at the front desk, bar and restaurant, the valet were fantastic; so personable and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows so comfortable. I felt completely safe and cared for. I would highly recommend valet for parking; an additional expense but worth it. Beautiful hotel."

"The property is in a wonderful location, very walkable, and the listing accuracy is amazing. The accommodations were perfect, and overall, we felt very comfortable in this space for the weekend. Overall, I give this property and the property owner a five out of five. The ONLY thing I might have other pet owners consider is the steepness and slipperiness of the stairs. My small dog did fall down the stairs and had I not caught her, it could have been a pretty bad injury. For small dogs, those stairs might be pretty difficult to navigate. We were able to go out and buy some safety gates to keep them off the stairs and that worked perfectly. Overall, our stay was amazing and we will definitely be back!"

"The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. Electric outlets were minimal, but we found one behind the kitchen trash,one in the aisle behind the sofa, and another under a shelf in the bedroom, so we could easily recharge our phones and computers.The kitchen was easy to figure out and comfortable for the one night we decided to eat in.The apartment was a comfortable place to stay for 6 days of research at the library's history room. "
