There was an odor omitting from the King suite. The linens were dirty. What appeared to be blood stains. The couch had stains and markings. No bedding for the sleeper. The room was set at 53 degrees supposedly to offset the odor which would have intensified had the room been hot. Took 3 hours to get the temp to comfortable temp. The bath room was dirty and out dated the only updated thing about 314 was the 65 inch tv and the cox cable. The room in short needs to be updated if they are going to charge what they charge. Not my first time at a wingate property but definitely my first and last at that one.

This was a very well kept piece of property. I came to the town to meet up with an old friend. It was close to great food and a spa where I wanted to get a massage. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

The standards have been lower on this property. The air conditioner did not provide cold air, only cool fan, therefore the unit stayed on all the time and was very noisy. The bathroom floor was not clean, the toilet seat was not secure, the shower water quit working twice, and there was something nasty on the walls. The floor was not clean except in the open area. The ceiling had mold and was damaged. The furniture in the dining area was gross, the pancake machine was not available and the coffee was cold. We will not be staying here again, disappointed in Wyndham.

Great Service from staff The room had some cosmetic issues. Broken Picture Frames, Closet door had knob imprint damage and bathroom door had damage at bottom. Breakfast options great.

The bathroom was not very clean and there were open grout lines. Saw several roaches in the hallway going to breakfast. Breakfast was really good though.

Room was VERY dirty, phone did not work, coffee maker was FILTHY, floor very dirty, roach bugs dead on floor, had to beg front desk clueless young lady to move to another room. The staff was very friendly and helpfull!! The room did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned. Finger/hand prints in multiple areas, faucet had toothpaste on it and in sink, hair in shower. Shower towels are white and had brown stains on them, so they looked dirty but smelled clean. The bed was very comortable! I just think the rooms need a a better cleaning. Location was also convenient!

Mold Everywhere!
We were there to stay 2 nights but stayed only about an hour! There MOLD all over the king headboard so we packed hour stuff and checked out immediately! Don't think we're some kinda neat freak, germaphobes because this is the first time we've ever left early. We're still waiting to find out about our refund.

The rooms were clean and in good condition. The only issue I had was halfway through my shower before I checked out, I lost all water pressure. When I called the front desk they were apologetic about it but had no idea why.

Dirty pillows and hairball
The front staff are very nice, easy check in, went to the assigned room, the AC was making a very loud noise, which they were unaware. Went downstairs and changed for another room…2nd one was worse, no noise, however, stained pillows and hairball on the floor. I didn’t want to complain again, so just went downstairs ask for 2 more pillows, was told they don’t have anymore pillows….rooms are dated and not very clean.

The safety latch on room was broken. My hair dryer was in the closet, so they obviously knew that it was broken. But i didnt realize until i tried it and it almost caught on fire. The pictures were missing off the wall. The lights didnt work.

This hotel seemed to have been a very nice property after it was built but it appears that the proprietors have not completed the proper maintenance and repairs to keep it up. Our room smelled very musty. It was late and a one night stay so we just had to make it work but it was not the quality I was expecting. The room clearly had had some sort of water damage because the floor near the air conditioning unit was giving away the bathroom door was heavily warped. There were other minor things that you could tell the owners / management were cutting corners. Most hotels in this price range have branded cups and such in the lobby / breakfast area but they were using cheap styrofoam cups. This was a one time stay and I would not recommend someone to stay here. The pictures are deceiving and the positive reviews bringing the score to a fairly high rating must be from when the hotel first opened.

I liked the location of the hotel. However, the hotel was aged. They need to upgrade, add some lighting, and add pictures that show the current state of the hotel. Would not come here again, reminded me of a Motel not hotel.
