Situated along the renowned Surf Highway 45, Warea is home to the replica Cape Egmont Light House/Museum, with the real light house. Close to cape Egmont boat club, enjoy Friday dinner at the club house (open labour weekend through to easter).

Smokey (the cat) welcomes you to his families surf pad to join him in a relaxed, chilled out holiday. This quirky and contemporary beach bach is situated to maximise outdoor areas with an expansive lawn area and stunning coastal water views. The open plan sunny living area opens beautifully to the outdoor alfresco dining area. Cook up a storm on the bbq, enjoy the outdoor lights and stay warm and cosy by using the outdoor heater.

The kitchen is well equipped for your holiday cooking needs (Cook top only no oven) There is two bedrooms, one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and slider opening to the outdoors. The second bedroom is perfect for the children with two single beds (only accessible via the master bedroom). Modern bathroom with shower. toilet and vanity. Additional features include Unlimited Wifi, TV, Heat Pump, Heat Transfer System & Hot Outdoor Shower.

Spend your days surfing, windsurfing, fishing and playing cricket on the lawn. The children will love spending time and feeding smokey the cat during your stay, cat biscuits supplied. A real kiwi bach, a definite home away from home. Relax and retreat from the world. Don't miss out book today.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash. Linen, towels & tea towels supplied.
