"An easy place to stay for someone older and interested in seeing the British Museum that is across Russel Square from the hotel. I enjoyed the variety of the buffet breakfast. Staff were helpful. My room with a double bed was small, tucked over what I can only describe as the industrial alley of the hotel. No traffic noise but white noise coming from what might be the air filtration system. No great view except the alley and noisy during the day as there were work men making repairs to the building in the area, alley, outside the windows which are old, single paned, and let in the noise. The windows can be opened. I like white noise. The room was adequate, clean, the service good, and hotel very well located."

"Wow! We loved this hotel! The location, the size of the room, the friendliness of the staff, the ambiance and vibe! The lobby is a thriving epicenter abuzz with local, young, professional, remote workers on their laptops and ear buds taking up almost all the couches, chairs and tables in the extra large space. Then come end of the workday, the bar was abuzz with the young professionals enjoying their pints together. It made for a fun local (not touristy) atmosphere! The staff were really helpful too! And the room was very spacious."

"The double room was quite standard for the price I paid, and located at the back of the property I didn’t know existed. Plus a friend of mine paid significantly less when they booked a day before which was quite frustrating. Overall, the stay was ok, breakfast was really good quality but felt like the staff were under pressure so the service was pretty slow. It wouldn’t put me off staying here but overall it wasn’t quite the standard I normally expect from this hotel. It’s still a great location and the staff couldn’t be friendlier on the whole"
