"We had the most wonderful stay at Vertus Edit Canary Wharf. The part of our stay that really made it special was the wonderful staff. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble , we were always greeted with a smile, and a good morning. "All rooms listed as VIP rooms are handicap accessible with very low bathroom vanities. The entire bathroom floor gets soaking wet after each shower. There is no light above the bathroom vanity. There are no drawers or even shelves for clothing. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again. However the restaurant is fabulous. "

"This is a great place to stay Rooms are comfortable and it is extremely well equipped (other than a wine bottle opener) BEWARE the stairs are narrow, plentiful and there is no elevator; so getting luggage in and out is difficult. If you are young and fit this wont be an issue but I don't recommend to anyone with large amounts of luggage or more senior.
