"The person at the front desk was super helpful. He even came to our room to help us open the door. He explained that the door handle gets messed up because of the sun. Our room had 2 beds. One of the beds as a huge uncomfortable dip in the middle that makes two sleepers roll in together. The bath tub was a bit dirty. It looks like someone tried to clean off the dust with a wipe but then left all the wet accumulated particles. There was a mysterious stain on the decorative pillow…but I still left feeling clean after a shower. The pool looked clean too."

"Amazing, beautiful, stunning, gorgeous. There aren’t enough words to describe this property. The 24hr diner was not only convenient, but delicious. The room was beautiful and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our getaway eating breakfast by the pool or having a cocktail at their fabulous bar. Plenty of fun things to do on the property. Amazing for a getaway or girls weekend."

"The room was fine. No complaints. But here’s why I’m giving such a low rating - the listing says parking is available for $25 extra. I arrive and there’s no place to park to get out and check-in. Street parking around this neighborhood is dreadful. I parked in a bank parking lot temporarily just to check in, hoping I could get through the gate and park inside once I got checked in. The lady at the checkin tells me there’s probably no room to park unless I have a small car (I have a Jeep so it’s not oversized but not small). She directs me to a 24 hour lot at the end of one street over. I found no lot or street parking where she directed me and had to spend the next 30 minutes driving around trying to find parking. There’s a couple of public lots nearby but both of them had max time at 6 hours, which doesn’t work for an overnight stay. Bottom line, beware of the horrendous parking situation here. It makes the whole stay get off to a bad start."

"This hotel is exactly as advertised. The room was clean, excellent staff, pool was heated, and the restaurant staff and food are excellent. The treadmill in the gym didn’t work, but that’s common in a lot of hotels. It would be better if breakfast was included and a microwave in the room."

"I happened to stay here when they had scheduled a water repair during the night that required shutting off water to the hotel from around 11 pm to 5 am. I was impressed at how well they communicated this, both through advance emails and when I checked in. I also compliment the front desk staff, especially Aurora, who went out of her way to help me with a mistake in my reservation and ensure that I had what I needed. Ultimately I never noticed the water going out but I did appreciate the spacious and well-furnished room, the helpful staff, and the clean and well-maintained hotel."
