Other things to note
Full access to space and yard. La Baracca is located on a property with also a main house, located approximately 50 metres from the rear of the main house. La Baracca is fully fenced from sight of the main house making it fully private.

There is curtains on only the large bedroom window; there are two smaller stained glassed windows in the bedroom area that do not have curtains. The kitchen, lounge and frosted front door do not have curtains.

You may on occasion be greeted by ‘Louie’ the estate cat.

There is an ‘Eufy security’ router in the cabin but no camera on-site. This is to operate cameras at large house only.
