"This is an off season review: there was no staff available for check-in but a note on the front door explaining to call. When we arrived, we happened to see a staff person who got us settled into our room. The fridge didn't work and there was no ice available at this location or the sister hotel next door because of renovations. This is probably a great property when I'm season since it has a nice pool and walking distance to the beach. The room was clear. "

"Our room was clean, and check in/out was painless. For the very low price we paid this was a great *_off-season_* accommodation. When we visited, we found the indoor pool had been closed for a number of years, but this was not advertised on the listing, and ended up being a minor disappointment. The overall condition/upkeep is somewhat lacking, but this is forgivable given the off-season room price and availability. The ocean view from the 3rd floor is pretty good, the off-season sunrise/sets were beautiful. If you want to see the ocean, I highly recommend against floors 1 and 2. The location is really great in terms of distance to food and local attractions."
