5-star accommodation
We loved everything about Peter‘s place. In particular, the proximity to town (12 minute walk), the view of the mountains, the open-concept main living space with huge sliding doors, completely opening the house to the mountains. The beds were extremely comfortable, appliances were all high quality and the kitchen was well stocked with basic kitchen supplies. The outdoor umbrella broke while we were there due to the wind and Peter replaced it the very next day. Communication with him was timely, friendly, and easy. We could not have asked for a better accommodation for our six day stay in Wanaka and we hope to be back! Sylvia and family .

Wanaka Skiing
Very comfortable with impressive mountain views from living area and bedrooms. Modern bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen for cooking up a storm. Well suited both for a group of guys skiing TC and Cardrona (as we were), or for a family summer or winter holiday.

Mountain views
Beautiful mountain view. Very nicely presented house, very warm, and with two heat pumps and a gas fire easy to both heat and cool. Great communication and local advice from the owner.

Amazing views in Wanaka
Great property for our family to base themselves in Wanaka. We enjoyed the amazing views of snow capped peaks, the clean and modern house and the proximity to town and playgrounds. Two heat pumps meant the house was super warm as our spring temperatures fluctuated from sun to snow!

Great bach in a beautiful location
Spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean . Amazing view of the mountains . Quiet location but only 15min walk to Wanaka town centre. Very good communication and instructions from owner. Overall, highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

Well appointed, with great views
We hired both Simply Stunning I & II for a larger family get together. The homes, next to each other are ideal for this or just one or the other. These are modern, and very well appointed, along with DVD's, board games, puzzles, etc for those evenings when tucked up indoors. Plenty of glass to take advantage of the views and big heat pumps for the hot & cold weather. This is the 2nd time in one of the houses, and makes for great base. The only improvement I may suggest would be the provision of soaps, shampoos etc. There was a little of this available (perhaps left from a previous guest?) but not all bathrooms had supplies.
