"Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We booked a Oceanview room which meant we had a beautiful balcony to overlook the ocean and Morton Island.
Only issue we had was because we booked during public holidays. There was no servicing of the rooms which wouldn’t have been an issue if we were able to get fresh towels as per the letter we received on checking. This was not the case because they ran out of towels and all they were able to supply us with was a bath mat. If we’d known this in the morning I would’ve run the towels through the washing machine and dryer so that on return from the beach, we would be able to have a shower with a dry towel. The reason we were unable to reuse our towels was because the shower and bathroom floor was so slippery we needed to cover the floor with towels to ensure we did not slip over. We were in a disabled room. I don’t know whether this was a factor in the floor slippers. This was the only negative factor of the whole hotel. Everything else was wonderful. The little restaurant bistro downstairs was great and and there are a number of eating and cafe options within a very easy stroll. Would highly recommend this as a location."
"Arrived in the afternoon staff was friendly and easy check in process. Rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of towels have also has tea and coffee and biccys. And a small fridge all very convenient

"The property is perfect for families with 3 pools at different heights and 1 being heated, soa, deck at front where you can bbq, fish or just watch the world go by. The rooms where nice and clean and staff was nice "
"The hotel itself is amazing. If you’re only looking for somewhere to sleep close to shops, cafes and restaurants this is a great option but very pricey for what it is.
It is not close to anything, the airport about 20 minutes to half hour drive. The water is about the same distance 20 minutes to half hour.
What is local to the hotel is a bar owned by the hotel or part of the hotel? I will supermarket and number of cafes and restaurants.
I would not choose this as a location, but was attending a function within the area so it was a perfect location for the function.
Rooms are spacious and very well appointed for a hotel room but you are paying a premium for that. Most rooms look out on the roof of a Woolworths shopping centre or to the bar across the road so not a great outlook.
You can’t fault the stuff the absolutely amazing extremely helpful and give you lots of information on checking in.
