The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized fridge. A wide breakfast bar with stools creates an easy setting for casual meals, while a dedicated coffee and tea station with a Nespresso machine makes slow mornings effortless.

Gather indoors at the ten-seater dining table, or step out to the covered alfresco deck overlooking the backyard for open-air dining. Fire up the gas BBQ and enjoy meals under shelter as children and pets play on the lawn. At the front of the home, a cosy porch offers a peaceful spot to soak up the morning sun or unwind in the evening.

Thoughtfully arranged for comfort and flexibility, the sleeping quarters provide a restful retreat at day’s end. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second includes a queen bed. The third bedroom features a queen bed, a single bed and a single trundle, offering a flexible and comfortable setup for a restful stay. Two bathrooms service the home, one with a shower over a bath and the other with a walk-in shower.

A private laundry with a washer, dryer, iron and drying rack supports longer stays. Split-system air conditioning and heating are installed in both living areas, with ceiling fans to enhance comfort throughout the home. Driveway parking accommodates up to three vehicles, with entry via the southbound lane just before the traffic lights, making arrival simple.
