  • You won`t find ocean views better than this! This absolute beachfront apartment is perfect for families and friends. Set on the top level (third floor) of the Manyana complex with direct beach access, this abode is ideal to relax, open up the windows and enjoy the sea breeze. Manyana #4 is partially renovated, and only a short stroll via the sand to Terrigal beach and shopping esplanade. Master bedroom contains a queen bed, built-ins, DVD player and balcony access. Bedroom 2 contains two single beds and built-ins. Bedroom 3 contains two sets of bunk beds, built-ins and balcony access. Wi-Fi not included.

View and location were excellent. The interior and exterior of the property is quite dated.

Great view and location. In the common areas there were a lot of wetsuits, swimmers and towels etc all around the place. On the beach side of the property other residents had left surf boards and a number of filled dog poo bags in common areas. Another resident parked the car right in front of the main entry for an extended period, which made it difficult to enter the main door.
