"Comms with Host wasn't really applicable. Available coffee and tea was excellent, but long-life milk was nowhere near adequate. Access to driveway from road involved crossing two large and heavy metal plates, neither were attached to ground and were moving. Garage was available, but only suitable for a lower sedan type vehicle, not a 4wd, but we could park alongside the garage. The accommodation was excellent, only suggestion would be to include a heater in the 3rd bedroom. We enjoyed the stay, and would definitely stay again when visiting the central coast."

"We had an excellent stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located - just a short walk to the beach, cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free, making the whole experience very enjoyable. The reason I gave 4 stars overall is because I wish the garden was fenced or separated for each room. It would have been great to let our dogs roam around safely or spend some time relaxing in the garden with them. I also understand that people like to stay up late or make some noise, but the doors between the rooms are very loud when they open and close. Every time another guest used their door, it made a loud bang that our dogs reacted to immediately, causing them to bark. The noise was much more noticeable than expected. Other than those two points, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you to the owner."

"Fantastic location. 180 degree Ocean views from the balcony was excellent. Apartment extremely spacious and perfect location to the wonderful heated pool. We were there in winters so the cafe was not available but a short walk to many cafes and shops. Beds very comfortable and all linen clean and fresh. Main bedroom was huge and spa was wonderful. The only downfall was the kitchen appliances. The single oven tray with a thin piece of foil tore as soon as it was touched and revealed a much used old tray. The quarter piece of chux cloth and quarter piece of sponge were not enough to be able to clean anything properly. Sandwich maker was a great plus but it hadn't been cleaned since last guest. The exhaust was unusable as it was clogged with grime. A couple of basics such as salt and pepper (filled) and a couple of sheets of foil or baking paper would have been welcomed. Outdoor cushions all mouldy. Otherwise a wonderfully located apartment with plenty of room for the whole family."

"What an absolute winter delight!! I stayed for a 6 night decompression between work projects and boy did this deliver. Super cosy - suggest the fireplace over the ducted for a quick and cosy warm up. Tim was easily contacted when needed (thanks Tim!). The designer touches in the apartment definitely set it apart - from the multiple warm / low lighting options to the comfy couch, and even the weighted blankets tucked away in the huge closet. I has epic weather and got in lots of whale watching both from the balcony and with a mid week special out on a boat. Highly recommend & I'll definitely be back."

"It was a lovely stay, close to work and town centre. Easy access and very friendly host. It should be noted that it is a shared abode. You have your own room and the bathroom, lounge and outdoor area are shared with the occupants in the 2nd bedroom. As I was travelling on my own I enjoyed the company of a delightful man with his dog, but it's not for everyone. There is no kitchen to speak of, an outdoor area that has kettle, microwave and fridge, no freezer - and a built in bbq, and this is outside on the deck. It was perfect for my one nights accomodation but if I was staying longer I would love to see a kitchenette in the lounge area so you could cook. It is certainly large enough to accommodate that possibility. Overall if staying for one night I would be happy to book it again. Thanks Michelle."
