"Rooms were not vacuumed, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom, (not just a stran either) and the "breakfast area" was not clean. The coffee creamer stuck to the counters like they hadn't been wiped down in weeks, same with the sink next to the coffee. The staff was fine. I travel often and the price was a little high for the area and what you "got" but no big deal, I just expected it to be clean."

"The toilet was just used with remains left in it as well as a dirty towel on the bathroom counter. The bed comforter was covered in stains as well. I was also double charged for my room without given any information from the front desk employee who did not understand English well. "

"We got great communication from the host and the house was very clean and roomy, plenty of space for our family to stretch out. It was absolutely perfect for our short stay and much better than a hotel room. We would absolutely stay again if in the area. Thank you!"
