When we arrived, we noticed a couple of items left behind from previous guests, including some card keys and an empty medication package on the bedside table. It would great to see a more through check between stays to ensure everything feels fresh and fully prepared. We also found that the hot tub was under maintenance during our visit. While we understand that upkeep is necessary. Additionally, housekeeping stopped by during our two-night stay to ask if we needed anything. While the intention was appreciated, the interaction felt a bit unexpected, as it seemed like they might enter if we didn’t respond right away. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but a bit more attention to detail and communication, the experience could be even better. "

"Good location, newly renovated, space is very roomy. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very small, breakfast isn’t refilled very often and need patience to wait for eggs and sausages. Heater is taking very long time to heat up the room, but all day hot tea and coffee is bonus. "

"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. There was a mix up in my booking and the front desk was not aware I had paid for breakfast. They were rude, but did give us a breakfast voucher in the end. "

"The cleaning staff entered our room without consent....BEFORE CHECKOUT! They violated our privacy due to staff negligence and offered a simple "sorry" for walking in to our room while my partner was undressed #UNACCEPTABLE And i have the conversation on video 😉"

"The only two things I didn't like was that you had to pay extra for parking and that they didn't have a hot tub. At check in I was informed by the front desk lady that it would be $20 a night to park in the hotel parking, thankfully I was able to parky vehicle elsewhere and ubered to the hotel. Secondly it's 2026, if you have a pool you should have a hot tub! Otherwise absolutely loved my stay everything was clean breakfast was amazing, loved the 24hr coffee bar. The view and being right along the river was the best!!! Would definitely stay here again!"
