"We are a repeat renter of The Riverhouse. It’s an excellent location central to Townsend, always extremely clean and the communication from the property manager is prompt and professional. The river access is a short walk from the house. We always enjoy our time here and can’t wait to book another trip."

"We had an amazing time! Property was very convenient to every place we visited while on our family vacation."

"The property had all the amenities we needed for our 3 boys (ages 10-18). We enjoyed the location and it’s close, but not too close proximity to the commercialized side of the Smokies. Overall we had a great stay!"

"Beautiful location and views from balconies. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, which I loved so much. There was plenty of room for everyone. I loved the area, especially The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I would stay again. "

"Great place just to relax, do some cooking and enjoy my family. "

"Very good 10/10 would recommend very clean amazing staff and friendly people kids are allowed and the moutains are beautiful."

"This property was truly perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were wonderfully soft. The pool table was such a fun bonus, and the location couldn’t be better, just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only drawback was the lack of outdoor lighting on the steps; at night it was completely dark, which made walking up a bit difficult."

"This home was perfect for us. It was a home away from home but with perks! We had fresh mountain air, a hot tub and bear sightings. Close to all the fun things to do. We loved it here."
