Ocean Front House Sits Right on a Sandy Beach!

The Pacific Chart House is a large 2 story home that literally sits right on a sandy beach facing the Pacific ocean. Located in the Bay Shore community on the beach in Waldport, this home's backyard is the Pacific Ocean! With 4 large bedrooms (all with king beds), a full futon in the sunroom, twin sofa sleeper in upper loft and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this home sleeps up to 8 people and is perfect for vacations with family and friends. There are 3 bathrooms (a half bath, a 3/4 bath, and a full bath), a desk/work area, a kitchen and dining room that look out over the ocean, and a large living room area. This home has lots of large windows to let the sunshine in, or to watch Oregon's dramatic storms on rainy days.

The home has three TVs (one 70" that is great for sports and movies!) with cable, Roku in the master bedroom, bluetooth soundbar and 4K Blu-ray player, free WiFi and all the necessary bedding, towels, and kitchenware that you might need. There are 2 beautiful, large fireplaces to enjoy during stormy days. On those warm summer days you can enjoy the whole house air conditioner! If you enjoy watching the waves roll in, or star gazing by the ocean, this home is perfect! You can step out the door, sit in the sandy yard and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea, or you can sit in either the downstairs sunroom or the upstairs enclosed deck and enjoy the ocean views. There's also an upstairs porch that faces the beautiful Alsea Bay bridge, the bay, and the Alsea river. Get out and play --night or day-- in the sand & surf, or curl up and relax in this large but cozy home...either way, this is a perfect oceanside retreat!

Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
