"Overall cute place to stay. The good: The view was incredible. The host communicated very well before and during the stay. There was a plethora of basics like seasonings/board game/extra blanket. Hot tub was nice other than jets cycling themselves causing loud vibration noise on and off all night. The Bad: DO NOT bring a low riding car at any time, the unpaved road has valleys and divets carved by rain making it difficult to drive up and increased in difficulty with the weeks rain, bring your own towels as theres no laundry access, bring your own tp the stuff provided was see through it was so thin and bring firewood the area is too overgrown to search for any but the seating area itself was set up nicely. also neighbors have dogs so expect to be followed to your driveway and barked at everytime you go outside. Overall place was as advertised and the view was worth it."

"Our whole family spent a week in the beautiful house Southern Falls in Pigeon Forge Age range was 70 to 10 We all LOVED this space Everything was spotless when we arrived Nice and cool inside, rooms big and comfortable We all gathered on the porch ever morning and every night The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub We were extremely happy with the safety buzzer on the pool area!!!! Spacious kitchen to prepare mesls and room for all 10 of us to sit and eat We all had a very happy time here We visited: Cateract falls Mini golf Alpine coaster Grotto Falls Kuwohi observation Made soooo many memories Pigeon Forge Gatlinberg"

"Host was very communicative! Bathroom was bigger than expected (being in a trailer). Really liked the outside patio area. Yes, shower does not stay hot long, but my wife and I had no issues showering back-to-back (they have helpful directions listed there for you). The biggest watch-out (in the summer especially) is the A/C unit is loud, so if you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble sleeping as it will run all night."
