"I stayed on this property 11/10-11/11/25 with 2 friends. From the moment we stepped on the property we were greeted with friend and helpful staff. The room was spacious, beautiful and had a refrigerator and keurig in our room. Ice and microwaves were down the hallway by the elevators. We dined at the 5 o’clock somewhere bar and grill. I had calamari and coconut shrimp and of course a top shelf margarita served in a cute green blender souvenir cup! Food and service with Christine was fabulous! When we checked out my friend left a very expensive heating pad in our room. I called the resort and spoke to the head of housekeeping, Todd, who located it and held it for us until we returned on 11/13/25. Loved this staff and stay!"

"Nice clean room, everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was okay but the pancakes were not fresh (dried out previously frozen type) and there were 3 kinds of sausage but no bacon. The eggs were very good and there was a waffle maker. Only 'tea time' tea and no breakfast or strong blends available. We traveled with our dog and everything was fine with that - the outdoor areas were sufficient although the poo bag roll was empty and seemed to have been for a while so poo cleanup wasn't happening in most of the dog friendly area."

"We got there late and older woman was at the desk. I can’t say enough good about how kind and accommodating she was to my family. She even played with my toddler while getting us checked in. The whole vibe of the lobby is cozy and welcoming. Lots of guests sat on the couches and chairs just to congregate and watch tv together. Breakfast buffet saved us SO much money and they have everything you could want. The man who seemed to be in charge of the kitchen would come out and talk to everyone at the ending hours of the buffet. He was exceptional as well. The river is beautiful and the geese are entertaining. It’s like a little slice of Heaven in a busy city. Room was very clean and next year we plan on going back and getting balcony and room! Can’t wait to visit again!"

"Clean but there has roaches. The bath tub is running constantly sounds like a fish tank low on water . Bed was comfortable. For the price it serves its purpose. "
